Although our brokerage predominately involves residential properties we have a small group of five commercial specialists who, together with several brokers with commercial experience, provide broad expertise in the many facets of commercial real estate. We have an excellent reputation for working with other Brokers and believe that we have a good performance record for our clients. Pemberton Holmes maintains strong contacts with a number of national brokerage firms that are unrepresented in Victoria.

The major thrust of our marketing program is directed at other brokers, and direct contact with specific users. Our contacts database includes more than 12,000 contacts in Victoria, so decision makers are relatively easy to access.

Our program includes producing brochures on the premises, and advertising in selected publications.

We directly market our client's properties to the Commercial Division of the Victoria Real Estate Board and other non-member commercial specialists, and to all levels of government. In addition the space will be exposed through the ICX.ca (MLS for commercial) system, and by personal websites
